You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, provided the shoes are unworn and in original packaging.

Worn shoes, Custom Made orders, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

PACK YOUR ORDER
Repack the shoes in original packaging with all included items. Secure the box carefully.

SHIP IT BACK
Send using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Credited to your original payment method.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ARE CUSTOM MADE ORDERS RETURNABLE?

Custom Made orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

DO YOU COVER CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

International customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under My Orders.
